Abstract

|
Though Internet Billing Service Market has been paid much attention to, it has not developed so rapidly as many experts expected. Current situation of B2C market reminds us of traditional "chicken and egg problem." That means billers are reluctant to accept On-line billing until many core consumers willingly pay bills on line. On the other hand, customers are hesitating to pay using on-line billing until a lot more bills are possibly processed on line. Last rear due to the venture fever, many of domestic Internet Billing Service companies were established and started services, but the services has not been expanded and boomed as much as ordinary customers can feel and the profit basis structure is still weak. Some experts say that it is difficult to anticipate high selling and Front only with Internet Billing Services . In this study these problems of Internet Billing market are investigated and service development directions , in order to got high selling by inducing customers of Internet Billing Services and generating various commerce activities, are searched.
